Context
As part of its core business of providing COFR guarantees to shipowners, SIGCo has worked closely with the US Coast Guard's National Pollution Funds Center (NPFC) office for many years. Thus, the NPFC reviews SIGCo's financial statements and reinsurance arrangements each year as part of its regulatory approval process. The NPFC's seal of approval is necessary for SIGCo to continue issuing COFR guarantees.

Hubelia implemented a two-pronged solution: First: Hubelia enabled SIGCo to digitize its operations with the goal of automating orders from start to finish. Automating orders for such unique products required an equally unique platform. Second: Hubelia put features in place to help SIGCo better understand its customers. With over 30,000 different and unique products, we needed to find a way to make relevant suggestions to customers and guide them to a range of products that might interest them.
