Rare-T is an online store that sources and brings together all kinds of collectibles in one place: comic books, pop culture, TV, movies, sports, vintage toys, vintage signs, barware.

Client

A victim of its own success, Rare-T was seeing its sales skyrocket year after year.  So, the company was faced with a choice: hire more human resources to support its growth or set up new systems and digitize its operations.

Hubelia implemented a two-pronged solution: First: Hubelia enabled Rare-T to digitize its operations with the goal of automating orders from start to finish. Automating orders for such unique products required an equally unique platform. Second: Hubelia put features in place to help Rare-T better understand its customers.  With over 30,000 different and unique products, we needed to find a way to make relevant suggestions to customers and guide them to a range of products that might interest them.
